POLICE SEEK CRASH DETAILS: POLICE are appealing for information following a road accident on Teesside earlier this month.

The accident, between a white van and a silver Vauxhall Tigra, happened in Sandy Lane, Marske, on Monday, May 1, at 10am.

A police spokesman said the collision happened when the van veered into the centre of the road and the Tigra driver swerved, lost control, and ended up in a ditch at the side of the road. The driver of the van did not stop and Cleveland Police are appealing for witnesses and the van driver to contact them on (01642)302626.

TACKLING DRUGS: The Redcar and Cleveland Community Safety Partnership will run a market stall in Redcar High Street on Wednesday, from 2pm to 4pm, near the town clock, as part of National Tackling Drugs Week, with local drug treatment agencies offering advice, information and help.
