A FOOTBALL expert has joined an encyclopaedic venture which claims to be able to answer any question in the world.
Earlier this year, east Cleveland entrepreneurs Matthew Bladen and John Rymer unveiled their venture dedicated to finding out some of life's most sought-after question.
Ask Nan (need answers now) allows people to text a question any time and an answer will be given as soon as possible.
Questions such as what the best chat-up line is to when the local bus arrives are put to the Skelton-based information service.
And with success quickly building, the team has welcomed on board Middlesbrough Football Club's official historian and statistician Harry Glasper.
Mr Rymer, 47, said: "We have found that a substantial number of the queries have been football-based, and in many cases, specifically Middlesbrough FC based.
"Luckily, Harry is an old friend of ours and has been more than willing to help us out with answers, but we feel now is the time for Harry to come on board and join our team of researchers.
"We receive many questions on match days, asking us our opinion of the Boro's chances. We were delighted to correctly predict the result Middlesbrough's heroic UEFA Cup semi-final triumph, although not the final score."
To use the service, text NAN followed by your question to 80006.
Replies cost £1.50 on receipt.
