A CONSULTATION over the creation of a town gateway is to be extended until June 10.
Stockton Borough Council has teamed up with Yarm Town Council to carry out environmental improvements to the junction in Yarm where The Spital meets Worsall Road.
The proposal is on display in Yarm Library and improvements include sculptural metalwork designed by local artist Adrian Wood. The library is open Monday and Wednesday, from 10am to 5pm, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 10am to 7pm, and Saturday, from 10am to 12.30pm.
