A VACANT apartment that is part of a housing project in Easingwold must be filled in the next four weeks.
Housing officers must find an occupier for the shared ownership scheme if they are to meet all the planning requirements.
The one-bedroomed second-floor apartment available is part of the Long Street housing project.
A new occupier would buy a half share in the apartment, which is valued at £62,500, and must be able to pay rent and service charges on top of £170.51 a month.
The other half would be owned by Tees Valley Housing Group.
Anyone connected to Easingwold can apply for the apartment, but if there are no suitable applicants, people from neighbouring parishes will be considered.
To apply, call 0845 121 1555.
