A LAST call has been issued for people to support an annual clean-up initiative.
Residents are being urged to design promotional postcards on the theme of Spring Clean Hartlepool.
It runs until the end of this month and aims to encourage people to carry out small-scale environmental improvements, including litter-picks. The deadline for entries is Friday.
The competition was organised following the success of a writing competition, run as part of last year's initiative.
It has been divided into six age groups - under five, five to seven, eight to 11, 12 to 16, 16 to 18 and adult. The winner in each category will win a £10 gift voucher.
Entries must be the sole work of the competitor and in 2D format, submitted on a piece of card or paper measuring about 10cm by 15cm.
They must be accompanied by an official entry form, available from (01429) 284172.
