SCHOOL visitors have been asked to vote on their favourite pieces of artwork to be included in a calendar.
The paintings, drawings and sculptures by GCSE pupils at Hurworth School, near Darlington, were put on display in the school hall.
About 40 students contributed to the exhibition - and parents, staff, pupils and sponsors were asked to vote on their favourite pieces, to be included in the school's 2007 calendar.
Teacher Rita Rees said: "It was a very colourful evening and quite a lot of people came along. We have been doing this for about 15 years now and the kids look forward to getting their work in the calendar.
