A HOMELESS charity is appealing for drivers in Darlington to help them with their work.
Stop2Night, which helps vulnerable young people find a bed for the night, needs people to drive the youngsters to the houses where they will be staying.
Volunteers can work any night of the week between 6pm and 7pm, and will have their petrol costs refunded. They would need to be checked by police.
Youngsters may need to be taken to addresses in Darlington, Heighington and Newton Aycliffe.
Anyone who wants to volunteer can contact Bridget Chapman on (01325) 382737.
