ENERGETIC youngsters took to the boards yesterday as the start of the school holidays arrived in Stockton.
A popular mobile skate park was set up in the High Street on the first day of a tour over the next two weeks.
Stockton Borough Council's events team will travel around the borough, with skating each day from 10.30am until 3.30pm.
The park will be at the following locations:
* Today, Norton School
* Tomorrow, Arlington Park
* Thursday, Billingham Town Centre
* Friday, South Thornaby Community Centre
* Monday, Whinstone Primary School, Ingleby Barwick
* Next Tuesday, Stockton High Street
* Wednesday, April 19, Billingham town centre
* Thursday, April 20, Norton School
* Friday, April 21, South Thornaby Community Centre
The skate park is free and open to skateboarders and BMX riders of all abilities, with pads and helmets provided.
