AN international day is being planned in Darlington on Tuesday, April 4.
The event at The Forum, in Borough Road, Darlington, will see an international food-tasting event, musical workshops, arts and crafts, dance sessions and information stalls.
The day, which is being arranged by the Central Community Partnership, will begin at 9.45am.
From 10am to noon, there will be musical workshops for pre-schoolchildren, storytelling and craft workshops.
From 3pm to 5pm, there will be a DJ, dance and singing workshops. It will be followed by a Bollywood dance workshop, from 5pm to 7pm. International food tasting will run from 4pm.
From 6pm, there will be a DJ session, Asian hip hop, a wind band and Spanish guitar.
Anyone who wants to take part in the dance sessions is advised to wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
The event is free and everyone is welcome.
