A PUB landlord was banned from driving for three years yesterday.
Michael Watson, 33, from the Kings Head in Gunnerside, near Richmond, admitted being one-and-a-half times over the drink drive limit when he was stopped by police in Catterick Garrison at 11.05pm on February 23.
Northallerton Magistrates' Court heard that in 1998 he lost his licence for three years for a drink driving offence.
Magistrates disqualified him from driving for three years and fined him £350, plus £50 costs.
