AN exhibition showing work from two community art classes has gone on display.
The exhibition, at Woodhouse Close Library in Bishop Auckland, shows examples of work from two ten-week courses held in Tow Law and Hunwick.
Run by Learning Skills in the Community, the courses were aimed at every level of pupil and work includes glasswork, water colours and oil paintings.
Joan Easton, who helped organise the courses, said that the courses helped pupils learn new techniques, and urged the public to "have a look at what we can do."
Ten-week courses start in Tow Law on April 18 and Hunwick on April 20. For details, call Mrs Easton on (01388) 603671.
