A JUNIOR football team has scored a home win after agreeing a new sponsorship deal with a house builder.
Haslam Homes has stepped in to help out Pelton FC Under-11s.
The players are now sporting a new blue and white strip for the club's first season in the Russell Foster league.
All 18 members of the squad now have tops, shorts, socks and rain jackets for their weekly training sessions and matches.
Manager David Brown said: "The support from Haslam has really helped to set things up here.
"It is great for the children. For most of them, it is their first time playing for a club and they are all enjoying playing in their new sponsored football kit."
Brian Lilley, sales director with Haslam Homes, which has just completed an 80-home development in the village, said: "I am sure the children will continue to enjoy playing in their new sponsored kit and represent the enthusiasm and pride of the people living in Pelton."
