A WEBSITE has been launched to showcase local artists.
Arts in Richmond provides an online home for the town's painters and writers.
The site includes information on exhibitions and galleries, as well as offering practical and technical advice.
Among the artists listed are popular painters Mackenzie Thorpe and Barbara Lamb.
Artist Brian Pike, who is also featured, said: "This is one of the best sites of its kind that I have seen.
"Everything is logically organised, clear and beautifully produced."
The site was launched last week by Richmond MP and author, William Hague, who is also listed.
He said: "This is a fantastic site which will act as both a showcase for local talent and as a resource centre.
"I'm very impressed with the way it all looks and pleased to be part of it."
The site can be found by visiting www.richmond.org.uk
