Bishop Auckland's hopes of avoiding relegation rest on their next two games which are both against fellow strugglers Warrington.
Bishops are currently bottom of the First Division, seven points behind second-bottom Warrington, having played two games more.
Boss Brian Healy said: "If we are going to avoid relegation, then these are the games we must win. Six points from these next two games could give us a chance."
Finishing second bottom at the end of the season might still be a lifeline for Bishops, if the grounds of the clubs who want to come up aren't up to UniBond League standard.
