CARERS in the Darlington area are being offered the chance to try a series of courses in the coming weeks.
The free sessions are being run jointly by Darlington Borough Council and YMCA's Click It project in Beaumont Street.
Get Healthy courses take place on Tuesday, March 7, from 2.30pm to 4.30pm, and Thursday, March 9, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
Jewellery-making sessions take place on Tuesday, March 14, and Tuesday, March 21, both from 2pm to 4pm.
A Spanish for beginners taster session is planned for Tuesday, March 28, from 2pm to 4pm. These courses are for adult carers.
Carers aged between 14 and 19 can use computers and get an array of help and advice at Time Out Saturdays drop-in sessions each week, from 10am to 1pm, also at the YMCA.
