Bishop Auckland are looking to stretch their unbeaten run to four league matches when they make the long trip to Gresley Rovers in the UniBond First Division.
The mini-revival, however, may have come just a little too late to stop Bishops finishing in the bottom two, but manager Brian Healy is encouraged by recent performances.
"It would be great to make it four games unbeaten, especially after the bad run we had earlier," said Healy, ahead of the 340-mile round trip.
"Everybody feels more confident these days, and there's a better atmosphere around the club."
Healy is also hoping to complete the signing of a new keeper before the kick off, following John Mohan's decision to walk out of the club at half time last Saturday.
In the Premier Division, Blyth continue their push for at least a play off place at home to Burscough, while Gateshead play host to Marine.
Whitby will give keeper Ben Escritt a fitness test before their away game at Ashton United.
