MICHAELA SHARP has been appointed as compliance officer at the Big Lottery Fund.
The 25-year-old, from Thornaby, Teesside, will work at the organisation's Newcastle office. Big Lottery distributes half of the good causes money raised by the National Lottery.
Her role will see her work closely with programme managers to ensure best practice. She will also work with successful applicants to check they are using their grant in the best way.
