A CHARITY shop in east Cleveland is open for business and celebrating a new look.
The Red Cross shop, on Chaloner Street, in Guisborough, opened on Monday after undergoing months of refurbishment work.
And as well as welcoming new customers - the charity shop has welcomed new manager Susan Moreland.
Mrs Moreland said: "We have had a really successful few days. We have had lots of lovely positive comments from customers saying how good the shop looks and how good the merchandise is."
Mrs Moreland, a retired manager of retail store Woolworths, has recently moved to east Cleveland to be closer to her family.
She said: "I am loving it. It is the first job I have had working for a charity and it has been brilliant. It was a real challenge to get open in time."
