A MAN was arrested at Darlington's Escapade nightclub on Saturday night after he was allegedly found with class A drugs.
Doormen at the Gladstone Street club, had detained the 38-year-old man, from Darlington, on suspicion of dealing drugs.
Police were called and officers found that he had nine tablets on him.
They then searched his address but did not find any other drugs.
He was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply and further inquiries are ongoing.
