A DISC jockey who owns property worth more than £500,000 has been warned to expect jail this week for drug offences.
The sentencing of Richard Carl Ahmed was adjourned at Teesside Crown Court yesterday.
Judge Guy Whitburn told 27-year-old Ahmed that he was facing a custodial sentence.
Ahmed, of St Vincent Street, South Shields, South Tyneside, earlier pleaded guilty at a magistrates' court hearing in North Yorkshire to possessing cocaine with intent to supply and possessing LSD and ecstasy tablets on August 12 last year.
He will be sentenced on Friday, and was given bail by Judge Whitburn until then
