A DARLINGTON-based property management company has won the contract to work on a residential scheme.
Town and City Management Services will manage the 72 flats and houses on the Minerver Close development in Yarm, Teesside.
Several top North-East Premiership footballers are known to live there.
The company - which specialises in residential block management throughout the region - will be responsible for all leasehold management issues and the general running of the properties.
Peter Bigge, who established Town and City in 2002, was delighted with the contract.
He said: "Yarm is steeped in history and tradition but during the last few years, exciting property developments have attracted people from all over the country. Minerver Close offers stunning views of the River Tees and the flats were fully occupied within months of going on sale."
