POLICE are investigating three reported child snatch bids in a mile area within four days.
Two girls ran off after being approached by men in separate incidents in Low Teams, Gateshead, in under half-an-hour, last Monday, while a 13-year-old boy also fled when a man tried to grab him, in Kyle Road, Teams, on his way to school on Thursday.
Police want to hear from witnesses to any of the incidents. They are asked to call 0191-454 7555, extension 64143.
