THE public have a chance to have its say over matters of interest affecting villages on the Durham coastal strip.
A meeting of Easington district's Coastal Area Forum will be held at Blackhall Primary School, in Middle Street, Blackhall, on Wednesday, February 8, at 6pm.
The forum covers communities on the eastern fringe of the district, including Easington Colliery and Easington Village, Hawthorn, Horden and Blackhall.
Anyone wishing to include a subject for discussion should contact Easington council's democratic services officer, on 0191-527 0501, before next Monday.
