Crook Town manager Alan Oliver thinks that the odds on his side winning the FA Vase will have decreased dramatically after they beat St Blazey 3-1 at the Millfield on Saturday.
Crook were 250-1 to win the competition three rounds ago, but three successive home victories have now put them in the last 16 and a chance of further glory, especially if they get a home draw today.
"Before the game, we were 50-1, and St Blazey were 14-1, so our odds will be cut again after this display," he said.
"The difference between the two teams was the pace of Roy Allen and Jonathan Milroy, because St Blazey couldn't handle them.
"We got an early goal and maybe rode our luck a little, but after half-time when they came at us, they left gaps at the back which those two exploited when we got the ball up to them.
"I think it was a culture shock for St Blazey, because they complained about how boggy the pitch was - I told them that they should have come up here on a cold day!
"We'll have anybody at home now, especially if we can play like that."
Crook were ahead after just five minutes when Allen set up Milroy to score, but they were fortunate to hold on to their lead, as St Blazey hit the woodwork twice.
But Crook responded. Milroy and Allen caused problems for the visiting defence with their pace, and they were two up when Paul Stout fired home soon after half time.
And the celebrations started a few minutes later when Allen raced clear, rounded the keeper, and walked the ball into the empty net.
Newcastle Benfield BP are also through to the last 16 following a 3-1 home win over Lowestoft.
Micky Chilton chested down a miskick by the visiting keeper, and lobbed the ball over the stranded keeper from 35 yards early on but they were pegged back after half time when Gary McGee scored from a free kick.
However, Benfield recovered their composure and regained the lead when Shaun Bell crossed from the right and Chilton netted with a diving header, and they were celebrating when Bell crossed for Dean Fuller to score.
Bedlington have a home replay against Sudbury this Saturday after a controversial second half penalty led to the home side equalising in a 1-1 draw.
Terriers keeper Marc Riches was adjudged to have pushed Lee Owen to the ground as he tried to clear the ball, and the referee awarded a penalty that was converted by David Head.
Bedlington took the lead on 24 minutes with a volley by Gareth McAlindon after the ball had been cleared to him outside the area. The draw will be made at Soho Square this morning.
The FA have announced that this year's Vase final will be held at Birmingham City on Saturday, May 6.
