A FEMALE shop worker was left shaken after being threatened with a knife during a robbery.
The 22-year-old was working at an off-licence in Bishopton Road, Stockton, when three masked men walked in at about 8.50pm on Thursday.
She was uninjured but Cleveland Police say she was left extremely shaken.
The men, who made off with cigarettes and cash, were described as black and in their early 20s. They wore black trousers and coats and one was wearing a baseball cap.
A police spokeswoman said: "The men may have made off in a silver vehicle, which was parked nearby.
"Officers would like to speak to the owner to eliminate them from inquiries."
The registration number of the car is thought to include the letter S and numbers 490.
Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Sergeant John Ward, of Stockton police, on (01642) 302226 or Crimestoppers on (0800) 555 111.
