COMPANY boss Mike Odysseas is offering the ultimate male dream to sell his £367,000 house quickly - a free Ferrari sports car.
Whoever pays the asking price for the three-storey, four-bedroom house at Neville's Cross, in Durham City, will also become the owner of the car.
The 38-year-old, who is managing director of Odyssey Telecoms, in Stockton, has owned the racing red 3,496cc F1 coupe, which can fetch up to £60,000 second-hand, for five years, but his girlfriend, Susan Williamson, has said the car has to go.
Mr Odysseas, who makes a 40-mile round trip to work each day in his VW Golf, is moving to Darlington to be nearer the office.
Rather than go through an estate agent, he decided to set up a website - www.houseandferrari.co.uk - and offer his car in the hope of getting a speedy sale.
"It is creating some interest," he said.
"We have advertised it on e-Bay, although we are not selling the house there, and within 12 hours we had 1,000 visitors.
"I feel I'm satisfying both parties. For her there is a lovely house, and for him there is a Ferrari.
"It is something most guys would love to drive. I have done it, I have had my fun and I'm happy. For somebody else it will be a fantastic five years."
He added that the car was in excellent condition, with only 14,500 miles on the clock.
He said: "I don't take it out in winter because of the salt on the road."
Details of the house and the car are available on the website, at which people can express their interest in the sale.
