Estate agency Reeds Rains has recruited four local graduates on the company's fast-track management scheme.
As part of the six-month management training programme, the recruits will be based in one of Reeds Rains' branches in the region, to gain the practical industry experience needed to complete the scheme.
MICHAEL LEWIS has been posted to Reeds Rains' Whickham branch, STEVEN BALL will be based at Bishop Auckland, County Durham, CHRIS COSTELLO will work at the Chester-le-Street branch, while CRAIG SAWDON will be based in his home town of Darlington.
The four trainees joined the branches this month after a week-long induction course.
During the next six months, they will spend one day a week at Reeds Rains' training facility, where they will undergo the classroom element of the training, which will include managing staff, listings and profit and loss.
On completion of the training, they will then be given the opportunity of managing one of the company's offices in the North.
