A NORTH Yorkshire authority is reviewing its policy on 'whistle-blowing'.
Ryedale District Council is expected to adopt a policy, which has been drawn up by its solicitor, Anthony Winship.
It would provide protection against reprisals or victimisation for employees who report serious concerns about the council to the relevant authority.
The draft policy is expected to be adopted by the council when it meets in Ryedale House, Malton, on Thursday.
