THE first residents of a housing development are expected to move in next month.
Trinity Parks has been built on the site of a former county council highways depot in Boroughbridge Road, Northallerton. It has been converted into a mixture of apartments and houses for both rental and sale.
Housing officers at Hambleton District Council are now looking for tenants for the rented properties.
A spokeswoman for the council said priority will be given to applicants in the greatest housing need who have a local connection to the Romanby area, but applications from local people in surrounding areas will also be considered.
Anyone interested in the properties is advised to contact the authority's housing section on (01609) 767035.
