A LEADING writer and speaker will be in North Yorkshire later this week to give a humorous talk.
Adrian Plass will be visiting Crakehall, near Bedale, to give a talk at the village hall, on Saturday, at 3pm.
He is best known for the best-selling book The Sacred Diary of Adrian Plass, a gentle satire on the modern church, which has sold more than a million copies.
He has written more than 20 books - ranging from biography and Bible commentary to novels, short stories, a fictional account of his experiences as a young residential social worker, and collections of poems and sketches.
