POLICE are still looking for a ferry passenger who disappeared during a North Sea crossing five months ago.
Glyn Keatinge vanished from the Princess of Scandinavia ferry on his way back from a trip to Sweden.
The 51-year-old had just served a jail term for indecently assaulting a 13-year-old girl.
Mr Keatinge, who lived with his partner in Red Row, near Morpeth, Northumberland, is understood to have withdrawn £2,500 from his bank account to go to Sweden.
Police want to speak to ferry passengers who may have seen Mr Keatinge during their journey from Gothenburg to North Shields, North Tyneside.
He is known to have been on board during the return journey, having spoken to crew members on Sunday, July 3, but did not disembark when the vessel docked in Tyneside in the early hours of July 4.
His personal possessions, including wallet, passport, mobile phone and car keys, were found in his cabin.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 0191-214 6555, ext 63145.
