MOST of the properties in an up-market city centre development have been sold within days of going on sale.
Last week, Amec released 29 luxury apartments from its £7.2m Clements Wharf development - and sold 18 within the first week.
The site is part of Amec's £35m Walkergate development in the centre of Durham City.
Catie Evans, the company's sales and marketing director, said: "We are delighted by the interest shown in Clements Wharf. It is an indication of just how important the Walkergate regeneration project is and the impact it is having."
