PENSIONERS have been treated to Christmas dinner by staff at an RAF base.
The annual senior citizens' Christmas party, held in the officers' mess at RAF Leeming, began with carol singing by children from RAF Leeming Primary School.
Pensioners then tucked into a Christmas dinner, with all the trimmings, cooked by the base's chefs and served by civilian and military personnel.
The afternoon included entertainment by a singer and was rounded off with a few games of bingo and a gift from Father Christmas.
