PEOPLE in east Cleveland will receive a healthy pre-Christmas treat on Friday.
Visitors to the Compass Centre, at Redcar Community College, will test a range of healthy living activities as well as receiving useful information at the festive forum.
Free transport has been organised to bring the over-50s from 12 locations across Redcar and Cleveland to the event.
Activities include a range of holistic therapies, computer classes, healthy snacks, health walks, line-dancing, tai chi and yoga.
There will also be free information services on fire safety, healthy eating, healthy living and welfare rights.
The information event is part of the Big Lottery-funded Five Ways to Better Health programme.
