PROJECT manager Faithful and Gould has appointed nine members of staff to its Newcastle and Stockton offices.
With the increasing emphasis on safety in construction, the Newcastle office has established its second dedicated health and safety department in the region, taking on TERRY McGUINNESS as its first safety advisor and planning supervisor.
DAVID FARNABY, from Middlesbrough, has been appointed as senior quantity surveyor in the Stockton office and PETER JOHNSON, from Guisborough, is senior surveyor. CRAIG BOYLE, MATTHEW DEVLIN, CRAIG SMALLMAN and SCOTT DAY join the Stockton office, while BRENDAN DUFFY, from Billingham, has been appointed as assistant quantity surveyor at the Stockton office in the water utility department.
RACHAEL DART, 18, from Slaley, Northumberland, who is studying part-time at Northumbria University, becomes a trainee in the Newcastle office.
