PROTESTORS on Teesside will next week call for the season of goodwill to be extended to all asylum seekers.
People concerned with the treatment of refugees who have their applications for asylum refused and are forcibly removed from Britain are planning a vigil to take place in Middlesbrough town centre, on Wednesday.
Spokeswoman Kath Sainsbury said: "We are holding a short vigil to protest about the treatment of asylum seekers by the UK Government and to remember those who have been forcibly removed back to places of danger.''
