Bishop Auckland will be hoping to close the seven point gap between themselves and safety when they go to Stocksbridge this afternoon in the UniBond League.
Bishops haven't won a game since early October, but manager Brian Healy is confident that the bad run will end soon.
Defender Sean Davies and midfielder Steve Winspear could make their debuts and Healy said: "I've got my eyes on two players who I think will improve the squad, and if I can get them, then we'll be good enough to stay in this division."
Four players were suffering from flu in midweek, but Healy expects them to recover.
In the premier division, Whitby go to Witton Albion with a doubt over Phil Brumwell.
Gateshead are at home to Runcorn, and Blyth face Lincoln United at Croft Park.
