DRUGS SEIZED IN RAIDS ON HOMES: Police officers seized a £6,000 haul of cocaine and cannabis in two raids on Teesside.
Officers from the Langbaurgh drugs unit targeted addresses in Dormanstown and Redcar in two operations on Friday night. In total, three ounces of cocaine and four ounces of cannabis were recovered. Four men from the Redcar area - two in their thirties, one in his forties and on in his fifties - were arrested and released on police bail pending further inquiries.

HIV PRAYERS: Assistant curate, the Reverend Malcolm Jackson, will lead a service at St Nicholas' church, Guisborough, to remember all those worldwide who have died from HIV/Aids, or are infected, on December 1, at 7.30pm.
CHRISTMAS MARKET: Kirkleatham parish is holding a Christmas market in St Hilda's Parish Hall, Mersey Road, Redcar, on Saturday, from 10am to 2pm. There will be a tombola, refreshments, a raffle and a visit by Father Christmas.
DANCE FUNDRAISER: A fundraising line dancing night in aid of the Missing Persons Helpline will be held at Marske Leisure Centre, from 8pm to 11pm, on Saturday.
