A TALENTED youngster has been warming up to take centre stage during Redcar's Christmas lights switch-on, in the High Street.
The winners of Talent 2005, organised by Redcar Town Centre Management, get the chance to perform their winning routines during an afternoon of entertainment - and be part of Santa's parade, next Sunday.
Teenager Rebecca Lindberg got her vocal chords in tune when she picked up her talent shield at Eston Park School, Eston, yesterday.
The parade, which includes Santa and the mayor, leaves the bus station at 4pm, arriving at the main stage in the High Street for the 4.30pm switch-on and community carol singing.
