A STOCKTON man has been remanded in custody after being charged with theft from a car and breaching his anti-social behaviour order.
Christopher James Wood, of Leybourne Terrace, was accused of stealing a handbag after breaking into a car parked at Blakeston School, Stockton, last Thursday.
The 22-year-old is banned from wearing baseball caps, woollen hats and hooded tops under the terms of an Asbo issued last September. He is also barred from entering Teesside car parks.
Mr Wood did not enter a plea at Teesside Magistrates' Court on Thursday. He was remanded in custody for seven days until his next appearance at court, on November 24, via video link.
