A prisoner is on the run after escaping from a Middlesbrough police station.
Anthony Harker, 23, was serving four months in prison for burglary when he escaped from North Ormesby police station on Wednesday.
He had been taking part in a video identification procedure on Wednesday, where suspects are recorded and the images played later to witnesses.
Cleveland Police said Harker was not a danger to the public, but advised anyone who sees him to call police.
He is 5ft 11in tall, medium build, pale, with spiky hair and has a scar on the left side of his face.
Police searched several addresses in Middlesbrough overnight but failed to trace him.
