Olive Oxley, of Sherburn Village, died last week, seven months after celebrating her birthday.

At the age of 57, she met and married Harry Oxley, whopredeceased her. He had two sons, Brian and Harry.
She lived at home, despite her age, making her own meals and doing her own housework.

Donations in lieu of flowers are requested to St Cuthbert's Hospice, in Durham.
