Drop-in sessions are being staged for people with mental health problems at centres across south Durham.
Middleton Mental Health Group is held on Fridays from 10.30am to 1.30pm in the Methodist Church.
Crook Welcome-in is every Tuesday from 9.30am to 3.30pm at Park Avenue Close Carelink Community House.
Bishop Auckland Breakfast Club and drop-in is run in partnership with The Lighthouse and is held on Wednesdays from 8.30am to 1pm in Henknowle Community Centre, Cumbria Place, where computers and craft materials are available.
In Sedgefield, mental health group Stonham supports nine drop-ins funded by Sedgefield Primary Care Trust and Durham Social Services. They are weekdays from 9.30am to 12.30pm on Mondays at Rosewood Grange, Chilton, Tuesdays at Rowan Avenue Community Centre, Shildon, Wednesdays at Trimdon House, Trimdon, Thursdays at Hartley Terrace, Spennymoor, and Fridays at Deanbank Community Centre, Ferryhill.
Out-of-hours clubs are on Tuesdays from 5.30pm to 8.30pm at Hartley Terrace, Spennymoor, on Wednesdays at the same time in the Shildon Centre, on Saturdays from 11am to 2pm in Deanbank Community Centre, Ferryhill, and on Sundays, from 12.15pm to 3.15pm at Simpasture Court, Newton Aycliffe.
