NEW tenants at a thriving business park in Darlington are being offered up-to-date advice on available grants.
Bosses at Lingfield Point said traders had the chance to access money from groups locally, regionally, nationally and even from Europe.
Grants could be available to help with relocation, expansion, technological developments and staff training.
Lingfield Point has teamed up with the Grants First company - experts in public sector funding opportunities.
Grants First initially worked with the business park to attract European funding when the site, off McMullen Road, was being redeveloped.
The park is now home to more than 30 businesses and about 1,400 employees.
Eddie Humphries, estate manager at Lingfield Point, said: "The management team is developing other services to ensure that occupiers have the very best ancillary services available to them. We have taken the unique step of forming a partnership with local funding experts Grants First to help companies thinking of locating at Lingfield Point through the funding jungle and to identify and attract the financial incentives that may be available to them.
"Grants First will provide a free funding assessment and appraisal of companies locating at Lingfield Point to identify any funding opportunities that may exist."
