IT'S that time of year when spooks and spectres come out of hiding - to the delight of youngsters everywhere.
And at Kiplin Hall, near Scorton, children are being given the chance to join in the fun of the Halloween season.
Next Wednesday, from 11am to 4pm, the hall will be filled with Halloween and Harry Potter happenings.
Youngsters are being invited to dress up as a witch or wizard and drop in any time during the day.
They will get the chance to make a Halloween mask, gasp at ghostly stories or to join in other activities. There will also be stories and colouring fun for younger children.
Admission will be £2.50 per person, adult or child, and includes materials.
All children attending the event must be accompanied by an adult
