Estate agency Kimmitt and Roberts has appointed DYLAN CUMINSKEY as manager at its office in Houghton-le-Spring, near Sunderland.

He joins from a Newcastle estate agency and, during the past 12 years, has gained experience in the property, financial and legal sectors. He has worked for a corporate agency in Newcastle, a firm of solicitors in South Shields, South Tyneside, and a well-known building society. He is studying for the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors' Assessment of Professional Competence, which he is due to complete next year. If successful, he will gain full status as a chartered surveyor.
