STAFF at a supermarket were tickled pink after surpassing their fundraising target for charity this year.
Asda Spennymoor set a target of raising £6,000 for the Breast Cancer Care Tickled Pink campaign, and have reached £6,126.
Funraising events included wearing fancy dress, a walk to Durham Cathedral, cake bakes, raffles and a night at Tudhoe Cricket Club.
Store manager Maurice Goldsborough said: "We are overwhelmed by the response from customers this year."
