Children are to create a huge drawing on Saltburn sands - before the tide comes in to wipe away their work.
The artwork will extend from the Pier to the slipway, but only from 11am until 3pm on Saturday - before the tide washes the sand clean again.
Children from Skinningrove Youth Club, the Target Leaving Care and Fostering group and Whitecliffe School, Carlin How, are sketching designs this week with the help of artists Helen Gaunt and Derek Mosey.
The Saltburn Big Draw is part of the Drawing Power national event.
