Bishop Auckland new boss Brian Healy takes charge for the first time tonight as his new charges face Chorley at home in the UniBond League First Division.
Healy, who spent four years at Bishops as a player, was handed the reins at the weekend with his first priority to add to his playing squad.
However, he is unable to bring new faces in quickly because of the seven day approach rule and he will choose his starting XI from the same squad that lost at Eastwood Town on Saturday.
In the Arngrove Northern League, Darlington RA can go back to the top of the second division if they beat Ryton at Brinkburn Road tonight.
The RA are second on goal difference because of Consett's massive win over Guisborough at the weekend, but manager Dave Woodcock will be missing Charlie Walton, Nick Harrison, James Chapman and Stephen Bell all because of injury.
Another promotion chasing side, Washington, have doubts over Steve Burns and Ben Gawthorpe for their home game with South Shields. Northallerton welcome back Andy Swalwell and Sunderland triallist Karl Charlton for their trip to Penrith.
In the first division, West Auckland welcome back strikers Mattie Moffat and Lee Ellison, as well as defender Brian Fairhurst for their game at Jarrow Roofing, but striker Dale Jardine is still suspended.
Durham City could give home debuts to new signings Michael Fenwick, Mark Fenwick and Michael Coghlan at home to Morpeth, while Esh Winning boss Vince Kirkup could make changes for their relegation zone game with Whitley Bay.
Thornaby, who were knocked out of the Cup on Saturday, face Bedlington while Billingham Synthonia are at Sunderland Nissan.
Billingham Town make the journey to Alnwick in the league cup without six players because of injury and suspension.
Blyth Spartans, the last remaining North-East non-league club in the FA Cup, have been given a home tie against the winners of the replay between Cogenhoe and Chasetown. Cogenhoe are top of the United Counties League, while Chasetown are halfway in the Midland Alliance.
