A COURSE to help preserve precious memories gets under way next week.
Clayport Library, in Durham City, is to host the course over three successive Saturdays, starting on October 15.
Each week, participants will be asked to bring in about a dozen photographs on a theme, to be turned into an album under the guidance of craft teacher Julia Millard.
Each page will include some description of the events in the pictures and some simple embellishments using paper and stickers.
The free course is suitable for anyone older than ten and runs from 2pm to 4pm. All materials, apart from the photographs, are provided.
